Once again, The Bluffs Golf Course was honored to welcome and contribute to The Brotherhood Ride as a resting location. This is the 2nd year that we have had this privilege and love having the opportunities in supporting community.

The Brotherhood Ride started from Naples Florida on August 20th with their final destination being the site of 9/11. Their ride this year consist of 1700 miles in 22 days . They average between 17 to 20 mph. The team has 38 riders and approximately 20 members of their support team.

The Brotherhood Riders main support are Elks Clubs offering each nights dinner, over night accommodations and a hearty breakfast in the morning.

The majority of the riders will fly back with the support teams bringing back their equipment.

All riders are Nurses, EMPs , a physician, policemen, firemen ,many also served in our military before developing their careers as first responders.

Their mission is to raise money to present to families of victims of the tragedy of 911. They are a great example of true heroes.

Aeration is scheduled for May 3rd for all 18 holes.

We look forward to seeing you on May 4th!
