Greens Renovations are underway! Course Updates

Dear Valued Guests,

We have been busy — and we want to make sure you know exactly what has been happening at The Bluffs.

Since closing on June 13, our team has hit the ground running. The greens renovation is now officially underway, and temporary greens have been constructed to carry us through the grow-in period so we can reopen on schedule. That date is set: Saturday, July 11.

Here is a look at what has been done and what is still in progress:

Completed and Underway:

Temporary greens constructed and in place for the renovation grow-in period

Tee boxes and yardages adjusted throughout the course, giving the layout a fresh feel from tee to green. As one example, the gold tees on hole 4 have been moved to the white box location, creating a different landing area and bringing more hazard into play on the right

Clubhouse bathrooms have been freshly painted and improved

Full golf cart fleet currently being serviced and cleaned

Multiple on-course projects completed with more continuing through the summer

Still to Come This Summer:

Tree trimming and root pruning around the greens

Stump cutting and removal

Reseeding of select tee boxes

Installation of a new nursery for the new greens grass variety

Continued fertilization program and fairway weed control

We are pleased to deliver a golf course that this community can be proud of going forward.

Locals, Play for $15 Starting July 11th!

While temporary greens are in play during the grow-in period, we are offering a $15 greens fee for all our local friends — any time, any day. We want you out here with us as this course takes shape. Stay tuned for the Official Tee Time Deal to Launch!
